Thank you for supporting SixOneTwoTees! As a small business, we take great pride in designing, and partnering with the best print providers for printing and shipping all of our products. Every item is custom-made to order, which allows us to offer unique designs tailored to our Minneapolis community.

Due to the custom nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the quality of the item you received.

Quality Concerns

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can make it right. We may require photos of the issue to help us assess the situation and determine the best solution.

Order Cancellations and Changes

We process orders quickly, so if you need to cancel or make changes, you can do so free of charge within the first 24 hours of purchase.

Our products are exclusively sold at SixOneTwoTees and custom-printed for each order. This personalized process is why we have these policies in place, and we truly believe in every piece of clothing we print.

Lost Or Stolen Orders

SixOneTwoTees cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as "Delivered" by the shipping provider, as we rely on the information provided by the shipping carrier.

If your order is lost in transit and never marked as "Delivered" please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with you and the shipping provider.
